Uttarakhand CM Dhami Joins Angan Milan Programme, Emphasises Child Nutrition

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami attended the 'Angan Milan' programme in Khatima, interacting with children, mothers, and healthcare workers. He personally served food to children and distributed nutrition kits to ten women, also providing Mahalakshmi kits and performing ceremonies for children. Dhami highlighted the Anganwadi centres' role in foundational development, early education, and delivering welfare schemes. He stressed that mother and child health are top state priorities, referencing various government initiatives and the importance of nutritious food for early childhood development.

उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने खटीमा में 'आंगन मिलन' कार्यक्रम में भाग लिया, जहाँ उन्होंने बच्चों, माताओं और स्वास्थ्य कार्यकर्ताओं से बातचीत की। उन्होंने व्यक्तिगत रूप से बच्चों को खाना खिलाया और दस महिलाओं को पोषण किट वितरित कीं, साथ ही महालक्ष्मी किट भी प्रदान कीं और बच्चों के लिए अनुष्ठान किए। धामी ने आंगनवाड़ी केंद्रों की मूलभूत विकास, प्रारंभिक शिक्षा और कल्याणकारी योजनाओं के वितरण में भूमिका पर प्रकाश डाला। उन्होंने इस बात पर जोर दिया कि माँ और बच्चे का स्वास्थ्य राज्य की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है, विभिन्न सरकारी पहलों और बचपन के विकास के लिए पौष्टिक भोजन के महत्व का उल्लेख किया।
