Pilgrims visiting Mata Vaishno Devi will now find improved catering services at Katra railway station. Northern Railway's Jammu division is expanding food options, including hot snacks, tea, and fresh packaged milk, with new outlets and milk booths being set up. These facilities aim to provide hygienic and reasonably priced food to the increasing number of devotees. A refreshment room, previously closed, is also being reopened and will operate 24 hours. These initiatives will enhance the travel experience for thousands of pilgrims.

माता वैष्णो देवी जाने वाले यात्रियों को अब कतरा रेलवे स्टेशन पर बेहतर खान-पान की सुविधा मिलेगी। Northern Railway के जम्मू डिवीज़न ने खाने के विकल्पों को बढ़ाया है, जिसमें गरमागरम स्नैक्स, चाय और ताज़ा पैकेट वाला दूध शामिल है। इसके लिए नए आउटलेट और मिल्क बूथ लगाए जा रहे हैं। इन सुविधाओं का मकसद बड़ी संख्या में आने वाले श्रद्धालुओं को साफ़-सुथरा और वाजिब दाम पर खाना उपलब्ध कराना है। एक रिफ्रेशमेंट रूम, जो पहले बंद था, उसे भी फिर से खोला जा रहा है और यह 24 घंटे चलेगा। इन पहलों से हज़ारों यात्रियों के यात्रा अनुभव में सुधार होगा।
