Northern Sea Route Freight Traffic Sees 13% Rise

Freight traffic along the Northern Sea Route has experienced a significant increase of 13% over the past five months. This growth indicates a rising trend in the utilization of this vital Arctic shipping lane. Deputy Minister for the Development of the Russian Far East and Arctic, Anton Basansky, confirmed the rise in transit freight traffic.
