This improvement is attributed to measures like appointing more doctors and streamlining processes. A dedicated online system is currently under development to further simplify the submission, review, and settlement of claims for employees and pensioners. The Trust handles over 4,000 medical reimbursement bills monthly, with a goal to review them within a month of receipt.
