पश्चिम बंगाल की बीजेपी सरकार वसूली और अवैध उगाही के खिलाफ नया कानून लाने की तैयारी में है। इसमें वसूली को एक खास जुर्म माना जाएगा और इसके लिए सज़ा भी तय होगी। यह चुनाव के दौरान किए गए वादे को पूरा करने की दिशा में एक कदम है, जिसका मकसद 'सिंडिकेट राज' खत्म करना है। एक खास कमेटी इस कानून का मसौदा तैयार करेगी। अगर पुलिस कार्रवाई नहीं करती तो उन्हें भी जवाबदेह ठहराया जाएगा।
