Three First Information Reports (FIRs) have been filed against JD(U) MLA Anant Singh and Jan Suraaj Party candidate Anuj Singh for alleged poll code violations during campaigning for Bihar Legislative Council seats. The cases stem from a roadshow in Mokama on October 18, where excessive vehicles and sirens were reportedly used, and JCB machines showered flower petals. These actions are considered clear violations of the Election Model Code of Conduct. Polling for eight council seats is scheduled for October 23, with counting on October 27.
