The Indian Army has launched 'Bharat Rice' for its personnel, aiming to enhance ration quality and strengthen military logistics. A memorandum of understanding was signed with the Food Corporation of India (FCI) to leverage its warehousing and manpower for operational contingencies. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh stated the initiative embodies 'Jai Jawan, Jai Kisan,' linking farmers' efforts with soldier welfare. Rice will be supplied in ergonomic packaging to ease transportation in difficult terrains, with FCI's infrastructure ensuring timely replenishment and storage closer to operational areas.

भारतीय सेना ने अपने जवानों के लिए 'भारत राइस' लॉन्च किया है, जिसका मकसद राशन की गुणवत्ता बढ़ाना और सैन्य लॉजिस्टिक्स को मजबूत करना है। ऑपरेशनल आपात स्थितियों के लिए FCI के वेयरहाउसिंग और मैनपावर का लाभ उठाने के लिए भारतीय खाद्य निगम (FCI) के साथ एक समझौता ज्ञापन (MoU) पर हस्ताक्षर किए गए। रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने कहा कि यह पहल 'जय जवान, जय किसान' का प्रतीक है, जो किसानों के प्रयासों को सैनिक कल्याण से जोड़ती है। मुश्किल इलाकों में परिवहन को आसान बनाने के लिए राइस को एर्गोनोमिक पैकेजिंग में सप्लाई किया जाएगा, जिसमें FCI का इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर समय पर फिर से भरने और ऑपरेशनल क्षेत्रों के करीब भंडारण सुनिश्चित करेगा।
