Visakhapatnam has returned to normalcy after three days of disruption caused by severe cyclonic storm Arnab. The cyclone brought heavy rainfall and gale-force winds, uprooting nearly 1,200 trees and causing widespread power outages, water supply issues, and mobile network disruptions. Daily life was significantly impacted, with commercial establishments closed and residents staying indoors. While major roads have been cleared and essential services are being restored, clearing debris from residential areas is ongoing. Educational institutions remained closed on Thursday as a precautionary measure.

गंभीर चक्रवाती तूफान अर्नाब के कारण तीन दिनों तक बाधित रहने के बाद विशाखापत्तनम में सामान्य स्थिति लौट आई है। तूफान अपने साथ भारी बारिश और तेज हवाएं लाया, जिससे लगभग 1,200 पेड़ उखड़ गए और व्यापक बिजली कटौती, पानी की आपूर्ति की समस्याएं और मोबाइल नेटवर्क बाधित हुआ। दैनिक जीवन पर काफी असर पड़ा, व्यावसायिक प्रतिष्ठान बंद रहे और निवासी घरों के अंदर रहे। मुख्य सड़कों को साफ कर दिया गया है और आवश्यक सेवाएं बहाल की जा रही हैं, जबकि आवासीय क्षेत्रों से मलबा हटाने का काम जारी है। एहतियात के तौर पर गुरुवार को शैक्षणिक संस्थान बंद रहे।
