Keventer, Saroj Poddar Groups Launch Rs 400-Cr Real Estate Debt Fund

Kolkata-based Keventer Group and Saroj Poddar Group have launched a Rs 400-crore Category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF). This marks the first such fund by a real estate developer from West Bengal. The fund, Poddar Keventer Real Estate Fund - Scheme I, aims for a target corpus of Rs 400 crore, with a greenshoe option that could increase it to Rs 600 crore. It will focus on secured real estate debt, targeting projects in Delhi-NCR and West Bengal, and aims for an 18-22 per cent gross IRR.

कोलकाता स्थित केवेंटर ग्रुप और सरोज पोद्दार ग्रुप ने ₹400 करोड़ का कैटेगरी II अल्टरनेटिव इन्वेस्टमेंट फंड (AIF) लॉन्च किया है। यह पश्चिम बंगाल के किसी रियल एस्टेट डेवलपर द्वारा लॉन्च किया गया पहला ऐसा फंड है। पोद्दार केवेंटर रियल एस्टेट फंड - स्कीम I नामक इस फंड का लक्ष्य ₹400 करोड़ का कॉर्पस जुटाना है, जिसमें ग्रीन शू ऑप्शन के साथ इसे ₹600 करोड़ तक बढ़ाया जा सकता है। यह फंड दिल्ली-एनसीआर और पश्चिम बंगाल में प्रोजेक्ट्स को टारगेट करते हुए सुरक्षित रियल एस्टेट डेट पर फोकस करेगा और इसका लक्ष्य 18-22 प्रतिशत का ग्रॉस IRR है।
