Gujarat Schools Tighten Entry Rules, Barring Outsiders Without Permission

Gujarat's government has mandated stricter entry protocols for schools, requiring all external individuals to obtain prior written permission from the principal before entering school premises. Only authorized government officials on duty are exempt from this rule. The directive also emphasizes preventing the unauthorized collection, publication, or circulation of students' personal information, photographs, and videos to safeguard their safety, dignity, and privacy. Principals are empowered to deny entry to visitors whose presence might compromise school security, discipline, or the academic environment, with violations to be reported to authorities.

गुजरात सरकार ने स्कूलों के लिए सख्त प्रवेश नियम लागू किए हैं। अब किसी भी बाहरी व्यक्ति को स्कूल परिसर में घुसने से पहले प्रिंसिपल से लिखित इजाजत लेनी होगी। ड्यूटी पर तैनात सरकारी अधिकारियों को इस नियम से छूट है। यह निर्देश छात्रों की सुरक्षा, गरिमा और निजता को बचाने के लिए उनकी निजी जानकारी, फोटो और वीडियो के अनधिकृत संग्रह, प्रकाशन या प्रसार को रोकने पर भी जोर देता है। प्रिंसिपल उन आगंतुकों को प्रवेश से मना कर सकते हैं जिनकी मौजूदगी स्कूल की सुरक्षा, अनुशासन या शैक्षणिक माहौल से समझौता कर सकती है। उल्लंघन की रिपोर्ट अधिकारियों को दी जाएगी।
