Kerala HC Denies CCTV Copies to POCSO Accused, Allows Lawyer Viewing

The court denied copies of CCTV footage to an accused facing trial under the POCSO Act and Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. However, it permitted the accused's lawyer to view the footage in court before cross-examining the victim. The court emphasized that a fair trial considers both the accused's rights and the victim's privacy and dignity.
