A 22-year-old man has been arrested in Telangana's Bhadradri Kothagudem district for allegedly strangling an 18-year-old BSc Nursing student. The incident occurred on September 22 in Vangannapalem village. Initially registered as a suspicious death, the case was reclassified as murder after a post-mortem revealed strangulation. Police investigation indicates the victim and accused were in a four-year relationship and planned to marry. The accused allegedly killed her when she refused to marry him due to family disputes.
