Harjit Singh Grewal has been appointed as the Chairperson of the National Commission for Minorities. With this appointment, along with a Vice-Chairperson and a member, the Commission now has four members. The sanctioned strength of the Commission is seven members. This appointment is significant as the NCM plays a crucial role in safeguarding the rights and interests of minority communities in India.

हरजीत सिंह ग्रेवाल NCM के प्रमुख नियुक्त

हरजीत सिंह ग्रेवाल को राष्ट्रीय अल्पसंख्यक आयोग का अध्यक्ष बनाया गया है। उनके साथ एक उपाध्यक्ष और एक सदस्य की नियुक्ति से आयोग में अब कुल चार सदस्य हो गए हैं। आयोग में सात सदस्यों की मंज़ूरशुदा संख्या है। यह नियुक्ति अहम है क्योंकि राष्ट्रीय अल्पसंख्यक आयोग भारत में अल्पसंख्यक समुदायों के हक़ और हितों की रक्षा में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है।
