Global ratings agency Fitch Ratings has revised the outlook on Oyo parent PRISM (Oravel Stays Limited) to Positive from Stable. The agency cited improving leverage and stronger cash generation, expecting EBITDA leverage to decline significantly by FY28. Fitch highlighted PRISM's operating momentum, including 50% revenue growth in FY26, and anticipates continued growth. The company turned free cash flow positive in FY26 and is expected to maintain this trend, supported by its asset-light model and expansion in developed markets.
