A widow has successfully won a Rs 14.6 lakh insurance claim after her husband's death, which was initially denied due to a missing ECG report. The insurance company had rejected the claim, citing the incomplete medical documentation. However, the consumer court ruled in favour of the widow, stating that the company's denial was unjustified.

एक विधवा ने अपने पति की मौत के बाद 14.6 लाख रुपये के बीमा क्लेम को सफलतापूर्वक जीत लिया है। शुरुआत में ईसीजी रिपोर्ट न होने के कारण यह क्लेम खारिज कर दिया गया था। बीमा कंपनी ने अधूरे मेडिकल दस्तावेज़ों का हवाला देते हुए क्लेम ठुकरा दिया था। लेकिन, उपभोक्ता अदालत ने विधवा के पक्ष में फैसला सुनाया और कहा कि कंपनी का इनकार गलत था।
