CSD has asked the Administrative Court for Sport (TAD) to investigate whether Tebas's October 16 social media post constitutes a serious offence under the 1990 Sports Law. Real Madrid had demanded Tebas's resignation after he accused the club of discrediting referees. Tebas later clarified he was referring to propaganda techniques, not Nazi ideology, and questioned why Madrid's accusations against referees do not harm sporting dignity.
