Passenger Dies After Auto-Rickshaw Overturns Due To Negligent Driving

A 35-year-old carpenter, Kamlesh Mistry, died after an auto-rickshaw he was travelling in overturned near Ravi Hotel in Kherki Daula on Wednesday morning. The accident reportedly occurred because the driver was speeding and driving negligently, causing him to lose control. All passengers sustained injuries, but Mistry later succumbed to his. Police have arrested the auto driver, Sonu, and registered an FIR under sections related to rash driving and causing death by negligence. The investigation into the circumstances of the accident is ongoing.

लापरवाही से गाड़ी चलाने के कारण ऑटो पलटा एक यात्री की मौत

बुधवार सुबह खेड़की दौला में रवि होटल के पास एक ऑटो-रिक्शा पलट जाने से उसमें सवार 35 वर्षीय बढ़ई कमलेश मिस्त्री की मौत हो गई। बताया जा रहा है कि यह हादसा ड्राइवर की तेज रफ्तार और लापरवाही से गाड़ी चलाने के कारण हुआ, जिससे उसका नियंत्रण खो गया। सभी यात्रियों को चोटें आईं, लेकिन मिस्त्री ने बाद में दम तोड़ दिया। पुलिस ने ऑटो ड्राइवर सोनू को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है और तेज ड्राइविंग और लापरवाही से मौत का कारण बनने से संबंधित धाराओं के तहत FIR दर्ज की है। हादसे के कारणों की जांच जारी है।
