HRera Orders Developer to Pay Interest for Delay

Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRera) has ordered Ocus Skyscrapers Realty to pay 10.8% interest to a Gurgaon resident for a seven-month delay in possession of commercial units. The possession of units in the Ocus 24K project was delayed from the contractual due date of, until July 18, 2019. HRera directed the developer to clear the arrears within 90 days and execute the conveyance deed within three months.

हरियाणा रियल एस्टेट रेगुलेटरी अथॉरिटी (HRera) ने Ocus Skyscrapers Realty को गुरुग्राम के एक निवासी को कमर्शियल यूनिट्स का कब्ज़ा सात महीने देर से देने पर 10.8% ब्याज देने का आदेश दिया है। Ocus 24K प्रोजेक्ट में यूनिट्स का कब्ज़ा तय तारीख से 18 जुलाई 2019 तक लेट हो गया था। HRera ने डेवलपर को 90 दिनों में बकाया चुकाने और तीन महीने में कन्वेयंस डीड पूरी करने का निर्देश दिया है।
