Stray Dog Attacks Toddler In Delhi, Injures Face

A two-year-old boy named Abbas was seriously injured after a stray dog attacked him while he was playing outside his home in Delhi's Timarpur area on Saturday. CCTV footage captured the dog pouncing on the toddler, knocking him down, and biting his face. Bystanders intervened, and the boy was rushed to the hospital, where he is currently in the ICU. The dog has not yet been apprehended by authorities.
