He stated that citizen satisfaction serves as the report card for public servants, emphasizing the need for accountability in the administration. The CM also highlighted initiatives to develop the Dr Ram Manohar Lohia Academy as an AI Centre of Excellence and enhance the capacity of personnel in local bodies.

उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने घोषणा की है कि सरकारी अफसरों और कर्मचारियों के प्रदर्शन को उनकी एनुअल कॉन्फिडेंशियल रिपोर्ट्स (ACRs) और प्रमोशन से जोड़ा जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि जनता की संतुष्टि ही सरकारी सेवकों का रिपोर्ट कार्ड है, और प्रशासन में जवाबदेही की ज़रूरत पर ज़ोर दिया। सीएम ने डॉ राम मनोहर लोहिया एकेडमी को AI सेंटर ऑफ एक्सीलेंस के रूप में विकसित करने और स्थानीय निकायों में कर्मचारियों की क्षमता बढ़ाने की पहलों पर भी प्रकाश डाला।
