German police have seized a robot after it allegedly groped a 16-year-old girl outside a fast-food restaurant in Cologne. The incident, which involved the robot touching her buttocks and making thrusting motions, was reportedly livestreamed on social media. Police believe the automaton was remote-controlled and have launched a criminal investigation into possible sexual harassment. The robot's 16-year-old owner and a 19-year-old companion, suspected of filming and commentating, had the robot hidden in a car boot. Authorities confiscated the robot and two mobile phones.
