Despite the Middle East war fueling inflation, growth is seen as resilient, supported by AI investments and government measures. However, global growth has slowed from last year's 3.4%, and the 2027 forecast was lowered. The OECD warned that continued conflict could worsen inflation and stressed the need for fiscal prudence.
