These individuals were directed to attend and mark their attendance via an app, but many did not show up and provided no reasons for their absence. Suspended members may be reinstated based on future performance.

इंडियन यूथ कांग्रेस ने राहुल गांधी की अगुवाई वाली 'चलो दिल्ली' रैली में शामिल न होने पर 12 राज्यों के 300 से ज़्यादा पदाधिकारियों को सस्पेंड कर दिया है। इन लोगों को रैली में आने और ऐप के ज़रिए हाज़िरी दर्ज कराने का निर्देश दिया गया था, लेकिन कई लोग नहीं आए और उन्होंने अपनी अनुपस्थिति का कोई कारण भी नहीं बताया। संगठन अनुशासन और बड़े पैमाने पर लोगों को जुटाने पर ज़ोर देना चाहता है, और IYC के प्रमुख उदय भानु चिब ने कहा है कि इन अहम मौकों पर एक की भी गैरमौजूदगी बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। सस्पेंड किए गए सदस्यों को भविष्य के प्रदर्शन के आधार पर बहाल किया जा सकता है।
