Rajasthan Tourism Corporation Reduces Lease Premium For Jaipur Tourist Facility Centre

RTDC is making a fourth attempt to lease its Tourist Facility Centre in Jaipur's historic Chaura Rasta area. After three previous attempts failed to attract bidders, RTDC has significantly reduced the reserve premium to Rs 7.30 lakh per month. The corporation aims to develop the 275-square-metre property into a hospitality hub featuring a resto-bar, shopping emporium, and tourist information services. This initiative is part of RTDC's broader effort to enhance tourism infrastructure and create sustainable revenue streams in a prime tourist location.

राजस्थान पर्यटन विकास निगम (RTDC) जयपुर के ऐतिहासिक चौड़ा रास्ता इलाके में स्थित अपने पर्यटक सुविधा केंद्र को लीज पर देने का चौथा प्रयास कर रहा है। तीन पिछली बोलियों में कोई बोलीदाता नहीं मिलने के बाद, RTDC ने आरक्षित प्रीमियम को काफी कम करके 7.30 लाख रुपये प्रति माह कर दिया है। निगम का लक्ष्य 275 वर्ग मीटर की इस संपत्ति को एक रेस्टो-बार, शॉपिंग एम्पोरियम और पर्यटक सूचना सेवाओं वाले हॉस्पिटैलिटी हब के रूप में विकसित करना है। यह पहल RTDC के पर्यटन बुनियादी ढांचे को बढ़ाने और एक प्रमुख पर्यटक स्थल में स्थायी राजस्व धाराएं बनाने के व्यापक प्रयास का हिस्सा है।
