Robbers Pose As Tenants, Steal Gold Chain

Two youths posing as prospective tenants robbed an RTO inspector's wife of her gold chain in Jankipuram, Lucknow on Wednesday afternoon. The incident occurred when the duo approached Shashi Singh, wife of RTO inspector Dhairendra Singh, under the guise of enquiring about a rental house. They allegedly snatched the gold chain from her neck before escaping. An FIR has been registered, and police are examining CCTV footage and collecting evidence to identify and arrest the suspects.
