Five Men Arrested Near UK Airbase

British police arrested five men near RAF Fairford, a UK airbase used by the US Air Force, on suspicion of preparing a terrorist act and explosives offences. The arrests followed a tip-off about suspicious vehicles near the airbase. Armed officers detained the men, and a major incident was declared. Approximately 85 households were evacuated as Army explosive ordnance specialists examined the vehicles.
