Hilton Worldwide to Move Stock Listing From NYSE to Nasdaq

Hotel giant Hilton Worldwide announced plans to transfer its stock listing from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) to Nasdaq. The company, first listed on the NYSE in 1946, aims to boost visibility among growth-focused investors by joining the tech-heavy exchange. CEO Chris Nassetta stated Nasdaq's alignment with Hilton's growth ambitions and innovation strategy. Hilton shares will begin trading on Nasdaq under the HLT ticker on November 5. Rival Marriott International also moved its listing to Nasdaq in 2013.

होटल कंपनी हिल्टन वर्ल्डवाइड ने अपनी स्टॉक लिस्टिंग न्यूयॉर्क स्टॉक एक्सचेंज (NYSE) से Nasdaq पर ले जाने की घोषणा की है। कंपनी, जो पहली बार 1946 में NYSE पर लिस्ट हुई थी, टेक-केंद्रित एक्सचेंज में शामिल होकर ग्रोथ पर ध्यान केंद्रित करने वाले निवेशकों के बीच अपनी पहचान बढ़ाना चाहती है। CEO क्रिस नैसेटा ने कहा कि Nasdaq हिल्टन की ग्रोथ की महत्वाकांक्षाओं और इनोवेशन रणनीति के साथ मेल खाता है। हिल्टन के शेयर 5 नवंबर को HLT टिकर के तहत Nasdaq पर ट्रेड करना शुरू करेंगे। प्रतिद्वंद्वी मैरियट इंटरनेशनल ने भी 2013 में अपनी लिस्टिंग Nasdaq पर स्थानांतरित की थी।
