NIA Probes Ukrainian, US National Involvement in UAPA

NIA is investigating whether Ukrainian nationals and a U.S. citizen were involved in offences under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA). While the recent charge sheet did not invoke UAPA, sources indicate the probe continues. The agency is examining if these individuals engaged in activities detrimental to India's national security.
