Ghaziabad Approves Land Use Change For Housing Projects

GDA has approved a proposal to change the land use of a 5,965 sqm parcel in Indirapuram from commercial to residential. This decision aims to address the growing demand for housing units in prime areas where land is scarce. Additionally, the GDA board approved changing 24 hectares in Harnandipuram from agricultural to residential use. Another proposal converted 12 hectares of agricultural land in Hasanpur Lodha to industrial use.
