Hindustan Times · entertainment

Michael Jackson secretly composed music for the blockbuster video game Sonic the Hedgehog 3 in 1993. Despite his significant contribution, his name was ultimately removed from the game's credits. This decision reportedly stemmed from Jackson's dissatisfaction with the audio quality limitations of the Sega Genesis hardware at the time. He did not want his music to be devalued by the console's capabilities. The game, released in 1994, sold over four million copies worldwide and became a major success for the franchise.
