IIT Madras, Spark Minda Sign Deal For Prosthetic

IIT Madras and Spark Minda Foundation have entered into a technology license agreement for an innovative prosthetic knee named Kadam. This device is designed to assist mobility on uneven terrain. The partnership aims to make this indigenously developed solution more accessible to individuals with limb loss. Spark Minda Foundation has set a goal of achieving 50,000 prosthetic limb fitments by the year 2030 through this initiative.

आई.आई.टी. मद्रास, स्पार्क मिंडा ने कृत्रिम अंग के लिए समझौता किया

आई.आई.टी. मद्रास और स्पार्क मिंडा फाउंडेशन ने 'कदम' नाम की एक खास प्रोस्थेटिक नी (कृत्रिम घुटना) के लिए टेक्नोलॉजी लाइसेंस एग्रीमेंट किया है। यह घुटना ऊबड़-खाबड़ रास्तों पर चलने में मदद करेगा। इस साझेदारी से यह स्वदेशी तकनीक उन लोगों तक आसानी से पहुंचेगी जिनके अंग नहीं हैं। स्पार्क मिंडा फाउंडेशन का लक्ष्य 2030 तक 50,000 लोगों को कृत्रिम अंग लगवाना है।
