Hyundai to Invest ₹11,000 Crore in India to Boost Production

Hyundai Motor India will invest ₹11,000 crore to expand its Pune plant in Maharashtra, according to MD and CEO Tarun Garg. This phased investment aims to increase vehicle production capacity from 1.70 lakh units annually to 3.20 lakh by 2030. The expansion will also foster industrial growth, promote new technologies, and create employment opportunities in the region. This move is part of Hyundai's larger plan to invest $15.5 billion in India over seven years, focusing on manufacturing, R&D, and local supplier networks.

हुंडई मोटर इंडिया के एमडी और सीईओ तरुण गर्ग के अनुसार, हुंडई मोटर इंडिया महाराष्ट्र के पुणे प्लांट का विस्तार करने के लिए ₹11,000 करोड़ का निवेश करेगी। इस चरणबद्ध निवेश का लक्ष्य 2030 तक वाहन उत्पादन क्षमता को सालाना 1.70 लाख यूनिट से बढ़ाकर 3.20 लाख यूनिट करना है। विस्तार से क्षेत्र में औद्योगिक विकास को बढ़ावा मिलेगा, नई तकनीकों को बढ़ावा मिलेगा और रोजगार के अवसर पैदा होंगे। यह कदम हुंडई की सात वर्षों में भारत में विनिर्माण, अनुसंधान एवं विकास और स्थानीय आपूर्तिकर्ता नेटवर्क पर ध्यान केंद्रित करते हुए $15.5 बिलियन का निवेश करने की बड़ी योजना का हिस्सा है।
