The Indian Army has launched 'Bharat Rice' to provide high-quality grain to soldiers stationed at the nation's borders. Defence Minister Rajnath Singh unveiled the initiative in Delhi, describing it as a bridge connecting farmers' fields to soldiers' plates, embodying the 'Jai Jawan, Jai Kisan' spirit. This high-quality rice will be supplied directly to army depots, including those in remote areas like Ladakh and the Northeast. An agreement has been signed between the Army and FCI for this purpose, aiming to improve ration quality and ease logistics in challenging terrains.

भारतीय सेना ने देश की सीमाओं पर तैनात सैनिकों को उच्च गुणवत्ता वाला अनाज उपलब्ध कराने के लिए 'भारत राइस' लॉन्च किया है। रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह ने दिल्ली में इस पहल का अनावरण किया, इसे किसानों के खेतों को सैनिकों की थालियों से जोड़ने वाला एक पुल बताया, जो 'जय जवान, जय किसान' की भावना का प्रतीक है। यह उच्च गुणवत्ता वाला चावल सीधे सेना के डिपो में, जिनमें लद्दाख और पूर्वोत्तर जैसे दूरदराज के इलाके भी शामिल हैं, आपूर्ति की जाएगी। इस उद्देश्य के लिए सेना और FCI के बीच एक समझौता ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर किए गए हैं, जिसका लक्ष्य राशन की गुणवत्ता में सुधार करना और चुनौतीपूर्ण इलाकों में लॉजिस्टिक्स को आसान बनाना है।
