Nainital: Kosi River Water Rises, Temple Closed

Continuous rainfall in Ramnagar, Nainital district has caused the Kosi River's water level to rise significantly. Water has entered temporary shops located below the famous Girija Devi Temple. In response to the escalating situation and for safety, the temple has been closed to devotees and tourists. Vendors managed to remove their goods from the shops in time, averting potential losses. The administration has urged people to move to safer locations and is closely monitoring the situation.

नैनीताल जिले के रामनगर में लगातार हो रही बारिश के कारण कोसी नदी का जलस्तर काफी बढ़ गया है। प्रसिद्ध गिरिजा देवी मंदिर के नीचे बने अस्थायी दुकानों में पानी घुस गया है। बढ़ती स्थिति और सुरक्षा को देखते हुए, मंदिर को भक्तों और पर्यटकों के लिए बंद कर दिया गया है। दुकानदारों ने समय रहते अपनी दुकान का सामान हटा लिया, जिससे संभावित नुकसान टल गया। प्रशासन ने लोगों से सुरक्षित स्थानों पर जाने की अपील की है और स्थिति पर कड़ी नजर बनाए हुए है।
