Four members of the Hindu Raksha Dal, arrested for assaulting protesters on October 10 in central Delhi, were granted bail and released the following day. The accused, identified as Ravinder Singh, Vivek Anand, Kapil Kumar, and Raman Saini, expressed no remorse, stating they would retaliate against any disrespect to their god or ideology. Police registered a case of causing hurt and illegal restraint after reviewing a video of the assault, which occurred in the presence of police. The court granted bail on the condition of maintaining peace and good behaviour.

10 अक्टूबर को मध्य दिल्ली में प्रदर्शनकारियों पर हमला करने के आरोप में गिरफ्तार हिंदू रक्षा दल के चार सदस्यों को अगले दिन जमानत मिल गई और रिहा कर दिया गया। आरोपियों की पहचान रविंदर सिंह, विवेक आनंद, कपिल कुमार और रमन सैनी के रूप में हुई है। उन्होंने कोई पछतावा नहीं जताया और कहा कि वे अपने भगवान या विचारधारा के किसी भी अनादर का बदला लेंगे। पुलिस ने हमले के एक वीडियो की समीक्षा के बाद चोट पहुंचाने और अवैध रूप से बंधक बनाने का मामला दर्ज किया, जो पुलिस की मौजूदगी में हुआ था। अदालत ने शांति और अच्छा व्यवहार बनाए रखने की शर्त पर जमानत दे दी।
