Rahul Gandhi Visits Balaghat, Meets Families After 32 Tribal Child Deaths

Congress MP Rahul Gandhi visited Madhya Pradesh's Balaghat district to meet Baiga tribal families and those of children who died from malnutrition and illness. At least 32 tribal children have died in the region over the past three months. Gandhi criticized the state government's failure to provide adequate health, education, and employment support, alleging that tribal women are not benefiting from the Ladli Behna scheme. He urged the government to fulfill its responsibilities regarding land rights and compensation for affected families.

कांग्रेस सांसद राहुल गांधी मध्य प्रदेश के बालाघाट जिले में बैगा आदिवासी परिवारों और कुपोषण व बीमारी से मरे बच्चों के परिवारों से मिलने पहुंचे। पिछले तीन महीनों में इस इलाके में कम से कम 32 आदिवासी बच्चों की मौत हो चुकी है। गांधी ने राज्य सरकार की स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा और रोजगार सहायता प्रदान करने में विफलता की आलोचना की और आरोप लगाया कि आदिवासी महिलाओं को लाडली बहना योजना का लाभ नहीं मिल रहा है। उन्होंने सरकार से भूमि अधिकारों और प्रभावित परिवारों के मुआवजे के संबंध में अपनी जिम्मेदारियों को पूरा करने का आग्रह किया।
