This decision was announced via G.O.MS.No. 252, issued by the Municipal Administration and Urban Development department. The city, comprising 86 wards and over 8 lakh voters, will see reservations for various categories including ST, SC, and BC, alongside the general category. The District Collector will finalize ward-specific reservation details by October 13.
