Telangana's Bhu Bharati Land Portal Still Not Fully Operational

The Bhu Bharati portal, designed for integrated land management in Telangana, is not yet fully operational nearly a year after its gazette notification. The Revenue department continues to rely on the older Dharani software, despite improvements. While some issues from the Dharani portal have been resolved, server crashes due to transaction load persist. The National Informatics Centre is developing the new portal, which is expected to be operational soon after extensive testing, but technical problems in land services have been ongoing for two decades.
