J&K Evicts Nazool Land Occupants in Srinagar

The Jammu and Kashmir Administration has issued eviction notices to occupants of Nazool land, government property leased out, in Srinagar. This includes the Mohi-ud-Din Trust in the Polo View commercial centre and properties in Lal Chowk, Kara Nagar, and Raj Bagh. Notices cite a lack of subsisting lease or renewal orders. Occupants are directed to vacate by September 21, 2026, with failure to comply leading to eviction proceedings under the J&K Public Premises Act, 1988.

श्रीनगर में नाजुल भूमि पर अवैध कब्ज़ाधारियों को हटाया गया

जम्मू और कश्मीर प्रशासन ने श्रीनगर में नजूल भूमि, यानी सरकारी लीज पर दी गई जमीन, के कब्ज़ेदारों को बेदखली के नोटिस जारी किए हैं। इनमें Polo View कमर्शियल सेंटर में Mohi-ud-Din Trust और Lal Chowk, Kara Nagar, Raj Bagh की संपत्तियां शामिल हैं। नोटिस में लीज का नवीनीकरण न होने का हवाला दिया गया है। कब्ज़ेदारों को 21 सितंबर 2026 तक जगह खाली करनी होगी, वरना J&K Public Premises Act, 1988 के तहत कार्रवाई होगी।
