Kuku Technologies Gets Sebi Approval For IPO

Kuku Technologies, parent of Kuku FM and Kuku TV, has received approval from Sebi for its proposed initial public offering. The company plans to file an updated prospectus within three weeks and aims for a listing by the first half of 2027. Kuku had confidentially filed draft papers for an IPO of up to Rs 3,500 crore, targeting a valuation of around Rs 15,000 crore.
