Delhi-NCR Construction Banned, Offices To Operate At 50% Capacity Due To Pollution

CAQM has ordered a ban on construction and demolition activities across Delhi-NCR to due to rising air pollution. This restriction applies to both government and private projects, excluding essential services like railways, metro, airports, and hospitals. Additionally, government and private offices in Delhi and five NCR districts will operate at 50% capacity, with the remaining employees working from home. This measure aims to curb dust pollution and improve air quality in the region.

बढ़ते वायु प्रदूषण के कारण CAQM ने दिल्ली-एनसीआर में निर्माण और विध्वंस गतिविधियों पर रोक लगाने का आदेश दिया है। यह प्रतिबंध सरकारी और निजी दोनों परियोजनाओं पर लागू होता है, सिवाय रेलवे, मेट्रो, हवाई अड्डों और अस्पतालों जैसी आवश्यक सेवाओं के। इसके अलावा, दिल्ली और पांच एनसीआर जिलों में सरकारी और निजी दफ्तर 50% क्षमता से काम करेंगे, बाकी कर्मचारी घर से काम करेंगे। इस कदम का उद्देश्य धूल प्रदूषण को कम करना और क्षेत्र में वायु गुणवत्ता में सुधार करना है।
