A new report from Germany's Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research reveals a critical situation for Earth. Out of nine planetary boundaries essential for human survival, seven have now been crossed. Four of these are in a high-risk zone, while three are in a zone of increasing risk. This indicates that Earth's systems are deteriorating, with potential for irreversible changes to life-supporting systems if current trends continue.

जर्मनी के Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research की एक नई रिपोर्ट से पता चला है कि पृथ्वी की हालत गंभीर है। इंसानों के जीने के लिए ज़रूरी नौ ग्रहों की सीमाओं में से सात को पार कर लिया गया है। इनमें से चार बहुत ज़्यादा जोखिम वाली श्रेणी में हैं, और तीन में जोखिम बढ़ रहा है। यह दिखाता है कि पृथ्वी के सिस्टम खराब हो रहे हैं, और अगर ऐसा ही चलता रहा तो जीवन को सहारा देने वाले सिस्टम में ऐसे बदलाव आ सकते हैं जिन्हें ठीक नहीं किया जा सकेगा।
