A man identified as Shakti Singh Bhura was brutally attacked and killed by a group of assailants in Ludhiana's Daba area. The attackers barged into his acquaintance's house, severed his hand with a sharp weapon, and later handed the severed limb to a grocery shop owner in a bag. The victim had 12 cases registered against him, and initial police investigations suggest the motive behind the attack was personal enmity.
