TREVOC Group Plans ₹1,000 Crore Investment For Expansion Into Haryana Markets

Real estate developer TREVOC Group is set to invest between ₹800 crore and ₹1,000 crore over the next three years to expand its operations. The company aims to achieve a gross development value (GDV) of ₹3,000 crore to ₹3,500 crore through this pipeline. TREVOC is evaluating Sonipat and Panipat for integrated townships, targeting early 2027 for the launch of its first phase in these Tier-2 markets. The expansion strategy includes developing approximately 5 lakh sq ft of commercial space alongside residential projects.

रियल एस्टेट डेवलपर TREVOC ग्रुप अगले तीन सालों में ₹800 करोड़ से ₹1,000 करोड़ के बीच निवेश करके अपने ऑपरेशंस का विस्तार करने के लिए तैयार है। कंपनी का लक्ष्य इस पाइपलाइन के ज़रिए ₹3,000 करोड़ से ₹3,500 करोड़ का ग्रॉस डेवलपमेंट वैल्यू (GDV) हासिल करना है। TREVOC इन टियर-2 मार्केट्स में अपने पहले चरण के लॉन्च के लिए शुरुआती 2027 को लक्ष्य बना रहा है, और इंटीग्रेटेड टाउनशिप के लिए सोनीपत और पानीपत का मूल्यांकन कर रहा है। विस्तार की रणनीति में रेजिडेंशियल प्रोजेक्ट्स के साथ लगभग 5 लाख वर्ग फुट कमर्शियल स्पेस का विकास शामिल है।
