Regime Change Slogans Not Wrong, Says Lawyer; Govt Says Protesters Can't Change Power

During a Delhi High Court hearing, student leader Neha Bora's lawyer argued that advocating for 'regime change' is not wrong. The government, represented by the Additional Solicitor General, opposed this, stating that no protester can alter the ruling power and that change only occurs through votes. The lawyer also contended that Bora had not committed any act to disturb peace and that the notice issued to her was based on a police report by an officer who was also an ACP.

दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट में सुनवाई के दौरान छात्र नेता नेहा बोरा के वकील ने दलील दी कि 'शासन परिवर्तन' की वकालत करना गलत नहीं है। सरकार की ओर से अतिरिक्त सॉलिसिटर जनरल ने इसका विरोध करते हुए कहा कि कोई भी प्रदर्शनकारी सत्ता को नहीं बदल सकता और बदलाव केवल वोट से होता है। वकील ने यह भी तर्क दिया कि बोरा ने शांति भंग करने के लिए कोई काम नहीं किया है और उन्हें जारी किया गया नोटिस एक ऐसे पुलिस अधिकारी की रिपोर्ट पर आधारित था जो ACP भी था।
