Dangal Coach Fights For Wrestlers' Training Centre

Arjuna awardee Kripa Shankar Bishnoi, who trained Aamir Khan for Dangal, is struggling to maintain Indore's Malhar Ashram wrestling centre. Over 80 wrestlers train there, but leaking roofs, crumbling walls, and damaged facilities make training difficult. The centre, operating since 2008, lacks an official coach and basic amenities like functional changing rooms and toilets, particularly impacting women wrestlers. Bishnoi has appealed to the chief minister for assistance.

दंगल के लिए आमिर खान को ट्रेनिंग देने वाले अर्जुन अवॉर्डी कृपा शंकर बिश्नोई इंदौर के मल्हार आश्रम रेसलिंग सेंटर को चलाने के लिए संघर्ष कर रहे हैं। यहां 80 से ज़्यादा पहलवान ट्रेनिंग लेते हैं, लेकिन टपकती छतें, गिरती दीवारें और खराब सुविधाएं ट्रेनिंग मुश्किल बना रही हैं। 2008 से चल रहे इस सेंटर में कोई ऑफिशियल कोच नहीं है और न ही चेंजिंग रूम व टॉयलेट जैसी बुनियादी सुविधाएं हैं, जिससे महिला पहलवानों को ज़्यादा परेशानी हो रही है।
