सोनभद्र पुलिस ने नशीले पदार्थों की तस्करी के मामले में आरोपी दीपक कुमार भारती की 23.86 लाख रुपये की आवासीय संपत्ति फ्रीज कर दी है। यह कार्रवाई नारकोटिक ड्रग्स एंड साइकोट्रोपिक सब्सटेंस एक्ट के तहत एक आदेश के बाद की गई है। संपत्ति कथित तौर पर अवैध ड्रग व्यापार से हुई कमाई से खरीदी गई थी। यह कदम जिले की पुलिस द्वारा नशीले पदार्थों की तस्करी और अवैध साधनों से अर्जित संपत्ति के खिलाफ चलाए जा रहे अभियान का हिस्सा है। भारती सोनभद्र जिले में छह मामलों में फंसा हुआ है।
