Gurgaon Biker Sia Alleges Delayed Police Action

Victim Sia, whose two-wheeler was hit by a car on Golf Course Road, claims police action was delayed despite her posting a video of the incident the same night. The car driver, Kalyan Bainsla, was arrested two days later from Rajasthan. The Haryana State Women Commission took cognisance, spoke to police and the victim, and confirmed the accused had been stalking her. A case under Section 307 (attempt to murder) has been registered.

गोल्फ कोर्स रोड पर कार से टक्कर मारने वाली पीड़ित सिया का आरोप है कि घटना का वीडियो उसी रात पोस्ट करने के बावजूद पुलिस की कार्रवाई में देरी हुई। कार चालक कल्याण बैंसला को दो दिन बाद राजस्थान से गिरफ्तार किया गया। हरियाणा राज्य महिला आयोग ने संज्ञान लिया, पुलिस और पीड़ित से बात की, और पुष्टि की कि आरोपी उसका पीछा कर रहा था। हत्या के प्रयास (धारा 307) के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है।
