Elon Musk's neurotechnology company, Neuralink, has announced its first two commercial products: Telepathy and Blindsight. Telepathy aims to enable individuals to control machines and communicate using only their thoughts, with the potential to surpass current communication speeds. Blindsight focuses on restoring vision for those who are blind or have never seen. These developments follow intensive testing, including a 72-hour hackathon with a clinical trial participant to rapidly prototype new features for thought-based communication. The company is awaiting regulatory approval for Blindsight.
