LIC has introduced three new insurance plans: 'New Jeevan Dhara-2', 'Health Shield', and 'Cancer Cover'. These plans offer benefits ranging from guaranteed pension income after retirement to comprehensive health insurance for the entire family. The 'Health Shield' plan provides daily cash benefits for hospitalization and a lump sum for major surgeries or critical illnesses. The 'Cancer Cover' plan offers financial benefits upon diagnosis of early or advanced stages of cancer, with a maximum insured amount of up to ₹50 lakh.
